camera and/or framerate not sure which. But camera goes wild changing view points all over the place when traveling in vehicles. Have to stop moving and wait for graphics to catchup before starting off again. I have a Nvidia GeFORCE GTX 1660 TI card. Game video set to low or varylow. Frame limit set at 30 FPS. CPU is i7 -3770 3.4 GHZ with 32 GB Ram. Surprised having this issue.
