It's quite simple. IF the driver's seat is placed further forward (towards the windscreen) THEN there is MORE SPACE behind the SEAT, so YOU CAN BETTER reach the display on the right on FOOT WHERE the loading volume and the crane control are and hopefully THE MARS ROVER remote control CAN ALSO be put down. As soon as the player sits in the driver's seat, the driver's seat moves to its current seating position. SOMETHING MORE ANIMATION PROVIDES MORE COMFORT TO BE ABLE TO READ ALL THE DISPLAYS BETTER WITHOUT HAVING TO ADJUST ANYTHING TO THE DISPLAYS THEMSELVES. A WIN – WIN situation FOR EVERYONE. It's not that hard and it doesn't take THAT BIG EFFORT TO CHANGE THE SEATING POSITION IN THE MARS ROVER. IF THE PLAYER IS NOT IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT. In order to be able to operate the crane control, they did it, why didn't they ensure that the operator's friendliness ensured that the driver's seat was NOT PLACED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROVER IF IT WASN'T NEEDED SO NO ONE SIT ON IT!!!
