i think the stat bars shuold be able to overflow. the high-grade food packs you start with can sometimes be partly wasted due it being capped at 100%. being able to rise it over that might be a good idea. if you like to eat a lot of low-grade food packs at once,then you can control how high it gets. i know you are planning a lot for the 1st aniversery update. i think that might be a nice additon. if nothing else,make it so only food level can overflow. due to the way you get H2O and O2 i dont think allowing them to overflow is a good idea. unless you can fill a bottle twice and set it to 200% and that be a limit. the suit AI can say "Warning:O2 tank overflow" when you put an overfilled bottle in the suit. thanks for making such an awsome game. i really like it. i am giving this feedback a "Smile" due to the fact that this is just a requested feature.
