I had a double drone-drop at one location. I opened the drone, then saw the second one. I had no option to take the pen drive from the 1st drone only to open the second, I did that retrieved that pen drive but could still not access the 1st. So I used the saw to scrap one but that was apparently the first. Now the location persists as a quest but I have no pendrive I can retrieve.
