If you use the garage and open the door it shows external oxygen at mars levels. When you close the doors and the bay reaches normal oxygen levels the indicator bar of Oxygen in your helmet does not show normal air. When you enter the HAB and the door pressure readouts read normal air and you can take off your helmet and breath, the External Oxygen bar still reads zero. Only when you exit game and reenter does it read correctly
