I'm pretty sure that I've received the ATV Blueprint twice now from tablets, and still the tech tree says I need the Blueprint to unlock the option. This is getting frustrating. I would like to be able to build one of the simple things in the game - a new ATV. I've already been through almost 20 tablets.
