As I mentioned in an earlier feedback, I'm glad that the game has a story ending in sight, with the task of building the launch pad and eventually a rocket to return to Earth, but I feel that if that becomes the only ending, that you're missing the boat with a lot of players like myself. I imagine some players may see their character as coming to Mars reluctantly, and after such a horrible ordeal, may be glad to have survived and to be able to pack up and head home, but I don't think that's as many players as you think. Games often sell better with multiple paths, story progressions, and endings anyways. For me, I see my character as having come to Mars to live on Mars and make a life here. The Alpha Base incident was just a setback. I would like a story progression path that focusses on me rebuilding what once was, and single handedly making Mars ready for a colony again, and to become a hero in the process. I think with base building such a big part of the game, at least one story path and ending must focus on the base building aspect. Plus, some players need to have an incentive to build more things and experience more aspects of the game. (To Be Continued)
