I've tried to separate my base into segments by using airlocks at both ends of every building. Unfortunately it seems, that air and electric power can pass the airlock, but water cannot. So i removed the airlocks and replaced them with corridors. That worked for air and power, but now my entire water distribution was completely screwed and i had to load an older save from prior replacing the exisiting corridors by airlocks.
