I had the composter screen open when I was thinking of putting in organic waste x20 that I got from a supply drop. I noticed that when I was about to recycle it, the composter said that I would only get 2 waste. with the composter screen open I decided to save my game and do test. after saving the game the composter screen was still open but I could no longer access it. I had to destroy and rebuild the composter to get it to work again.
