2 issues i think. i have 2 lights close by. i notice that one light is on and pulling power and the other is on when its not using power. i disconnect the cable from the light thats on but not pulling power and it stays on. both light turn off when i pull the wire from the light thats pulling power. second issue is that the area is illuminated but the light "bulb" is not lit (as if the light is off), pulling the wire turns off the light. connecting it back doesn't change it
