suggestion: Why not keep all interior doors open until they are needed? Example, room/corridor receives damage, has leak, doors automatically close, isolating the area. This, to me , makes more sense if you are assuming the O2 through out the base is from a mix of sources, IE trees, extraction, scrubbers...
