Airlocks are WAY too fast and don't ever depressurize, the air in the animation also looks like it leaks out. Airlocks at the same pressure should still have their fast animation, but there should be a 3 seconds depressurization sequence for airlocks (and the rover door) leading to a much lower pressure like from a pressurized base to outside on Mars.
