I retrieved a supply drop. I it there was an abandoned tablet. I didn't pay attention at the time but the abandonned tablet got into one of my circuit boxes. Upon returning to my base I didn't see it in my inventory. Checking my circuit boxes I saw it here and use it from the circuit box I was able to use it multiple times unlocking differents technologies.
