Corrupted Escape Route and Inventory: During the escape route mission, an escape was impossible due to a solar panel blocking the way. Also the route seemed off in comparison to my other saves. After skipping the escape, the inventory was lacking the helmet, oxygen and water tank as well as the battery. Stats where still showing in the hub indicating the storage of these resources however.
