Can I just say how useless pendrives are? Either greatly slow down tech development through other means or treat them like tablets to be technology gateways. As it stands, going to probes is a complete waste of time with less reward than can be gotten by just doing other things and then I have to waste more game time decoding it. I believe you need to both slow down tech point aquisition while also improving the value of pendrives.
