My plants almost withered because of these crazy weird power fluctuations I've been having. I plugged my rover into the hangar for fast charging, and it caused a problem with the power. I think the bug is with the wind turbines. Even though I have my batteries set to a specific output that should be consistent, it seems like the power from the turbines is coming through to the main base instead of just charging the batteries.
