I think I found another problem with the power. Not sure if this is a bug or an intentional part of the game. I noticed my batteries are not being drained evenly even though I set them all the same and they're all the same size. Some of my batteries are at full capacity while others are empty. I also set the transformer to distribute evenly to the batteries. This would explain why my plants were withering, as well as the other issue with fluctuations because the power from the wind turbines seems to be going directly into the base instead of the transformer and then the batteries as I directed it.
