Wells drain 6l/h of water without bonuses. If you add sabatiers, they DO NOT use water from the well, well only produces less water per hour. IMO it is a bug, as you can exploit it to get free =2 and methane and build double number of wells to get the same amount of water. Tested with CristianS and we both confirmed the math. Cheers.
