Got stuck while picking up rocks. I picked up a loose chunk stuck in the terrain and it didn't switch me into the 3rd person mode. I now can't interact with anything, only move, look, and open the tablet. I believe I was putting away the drill at the time I picked up the chunk so it may have been caught mid-state. Unable to pause for save/load escape, likely lost progress since last autosave but not too much.
