Suggestion: ability (mostly early game, but useful throughout) to put up a lightning rod to protect buildings (i know they don't get zapped now but they could) and (with tech) also to harness that electricity to charge batteries. that would need some sort of buffer to make it safe. but why waste the electricity that is coming out of the sky?
