Everything was playing fine with character movements and FPS until Windows did their latest security update. Now, in game my character moves in slow motion, even jumping, and putting on or taking off the helmet, everything movemeny wise to in slow motion. Then if I try to run in a straight line while still in slow motion, all of a sudden there is a spoike where everythign speeds up for a second like it's trying to hard to catch up. I uninstalled the Windows Update to rollback but even now after doing that that game is still in slow motion. I've verified all file through Steam and all is as it should be there. What can I do to fix this problem? I just want to keep playing where I was. Please help. Take note, my other game that I'm playing (Skyrim) still works and behaves just fine. I don't know what to do at this point.
