I was doing the summit mission, went there by foot, triggered next event at the Antenna, died in the night, reloaded at the foot of the summit. Now it says on missions objectives to reach the summit, but the objective pin shows a location that you cannot access, and the Antenna at the summit is no longer there. Second time I have to start the game from the beginning because nothing fixes this.
