Im on 1.04 and chesked in my save and on a new game. There is no chlorine gas vents in the game so the purified silicon cant be made. i would sudgest going back to just regular silicon for the electric connector expansion. Another idea is to as a in and out plug to small items like lights and alow up to say 10 lights to be strung togeather. rather then running 10 wires to ten lights. maybe even adding outlet to the habs on the outside to alow easy pass throught for base expantion.
