I can't get into the rover. 1. I arrive. 2. I park the ATV after driving through the trash. 3. I insert the battery. 4. I clean up the trash. The trash task doesn't count; the checkmark doesn't appear in the tasks; instead, it says "insert the battery and clean up the trash." Changing the task order doesn't count. I've been to this base before, but the game didn't even notice I was there, and the task remained the same.
