I am needing to research Waste Recycling but it seems that I need a Waste tank to research it. The problem is that in order to get the Waste tank I need to build have reseached the part of the tech tree that has the bathroom. The big problem with that is that I need to have research Waste Recycling to get the bathroom unlocked. This seems to be an loop that I can't seem to find my way out of. Please address this in future patches.
