I was playing at game version 1.0 and started a brand new campaign mission using the default public version. After downloading the game version 1.0.4, I shutdown the game to try the public testing version as suggested (if I want to). That is the first time I tried the heavy truck repair mission (I assume I have the proper base, it is north of my mars landing) for the heavy truck repair. I parked the ATV in the hanger (same as truck bed per instrucions?) I was able to remove all the debris and installed the truck battery. I could not open truck doors to drive away. I have seen the notes between versions 1.05-1.07 about the camapaign truck fixes. At game version 1.0.7 still using public testing version, I was able to open the truck doors and drive away from radiation area. I then drove the ATV near the truck. The mission would not complete. I saved the game and shut it down. Restarted steam and change to default public version. Restarted the game and the campaign truck mission would still not update. I have gone back to the public testing version at 1.0.7. Still a bug? Am I at the right base, it has the radiation issues, launchpads and a truck in a hanger?
