It'd be great if you could use the usb sticks of maxed out tech tree (in my case Chemistry usb sticks) to get XP for other tech branches via decode function. It does mention you can decode with others too, but I can't decode chemistry usb storages in any other tech table than chemistry, and chemistry table can't decode them because my tech tree is 100% complete.
