Transformer built on Steel Platform grid structure will not charge suit battery by interacting with output socket, despote grid having more than sufficient power generation (72kWh with only 15 in demand), stored power (over 100kWh stored), and the socket set to output power (tried 5, 10, 20, even 30). Any attempt to charge from ECU socket gets "Source Empty" message. Has persisted through multiple game restarts and even restart of entire computer.
