For some reason no matter what I do the tasks that are listed in the bottom right hand corner, are not doing anything even though I've scavanged 26 abandoned outposts, and well as unlocked many but not all blueprints and most of them still aren't unlocked in the tech tree because I'm getting any points to use them, and the pendrives are useless and only give me "experince points" but don't show me anything as to what they are for and how many I currently have or why I need them.
