I have every blueprint unlocked except for heavy suit and kilo power. I have about 6-8 tablets but when ever I use them it displays a different screen on my tablet saying access granted. it does not unlock anything or use the tablet. I Have not unlocked the tech trees fully, But am am upto the heavy suit and it still will not unlock the blueprint. I am unaware If its a visual bug and I have unlocked it but I dont recall ever unlocking the mentioned blueprints. I have tried saving and reloading as well as restarting the game.
