In the campaign, Rover that spawns near old base has its tipper and end of the vehicle (last four wheels) inside the ground. While I managed to get the cargo bed up, the middle joint connecting the 4 wheel bases of Rover stays bent in A like shape making it impossible to drive around. Resetting the rover doesn't fix it.
