I am building the miner, which requires Solid Rocket Fuel/Explosives as an ingredient. When I use the chemistry table to craft this ingredient, it consumes all the required materials but does not give me the fuel. I have tried several times, even removing and placing the table again just in case, but with no success. It consumes the ingredients without producing the item (ANFO Explosive). Since we cannot obtain this ingredient, the game becomes blocked and we are unable to continue with the constructions
