can you improve the bluebrint unlocks in late game. ive gon through several tablets trying to get the last couple blueprints and get nothing. ive tryed 8 tablets with 3 left to unlock, after trying all 8 and reloading the game 3 times only 1 was unlocked. i have never evev seen the heavy suit one.
