I found a slight bug in the top left drawer of the desk behind the doctor in the infirmary at the start of the game. During interaction with the object, opening and closing it, after closing the drawer it would open inwards and then disappear, leaving an empty opening. Opening and closing the other drawers of the same piece of furniture might also influence this, because when doing so, the missing drawer reappeared.
