I just started looking for the distant base for finding the 7 robot dog parts. I am playing the campaign mission and doing public testing version 1.0.12. Besides my other bug/gameplay issue submitted minutes ago concerning waste tank, nitric acid or ammonia discoveries; I have encountered a new problem with tablets concering blueprints. I do not have all the blueprints to build things. I am getting the message: "Available data downloaded. Explore the world to find unique blueprints." I tried using two tablets and this is the message I get. 75% of the signal problems I receive just give experience, XP data. Not blueprint or chemistry help.
