I have a visual bug in the tech tree. The HAB technology requires the heat shield twice, and the second one isn't registering. I don't remember what the second reaction is supposed to be, but I was able to unlock it once the other reactions were registered. However, the second reaction remains visually unregistered. Although it's only a visual bug, it can be confusing if you're not already familiar with the game. (I unlocked the tech in another playthrough last week and this bug wasn't present.)
