I have been playing public versions 1.0.7 and 1.0.12 or public testing version of 1.0.12 playing the survival campaign. This is my third major attempt to advance further in the game by starting a brand new game for the sake of completing the move scrap , install vehicle traction battery and add ATV to truck bed mission. Two out of the three times this mission has failed for the same reason. The jackhammer works as far as its' noise goes. Here is the failure part: I use the scan option which highlights most objects with an ideal cutting point to drill at. The red dot (using a Windows keyboard and mouse, not sure if this game works on other platforms.) appears and the blue full circle around the red dot appears. What supposed to happen is while using the jackhammer is: the blue circle gradually disappears as you break down the intended scrap. No scrap pickup, then no installing the traction battery etceterra etcettera. Mission incomplete I have saved the game then restarting the game. Sometimes the truck mission worked, sometimes not on multiple times repeating this process. I would progress further and then major bug has occurred that I have sent feedback on and can not go on further. Sometimes I not only saved the game I exitted the Steam webhelper, too. I have a windows based deframenter program that can fix individual files. I would restart the game. Sometimes the truck mission worked, sometimes not on multiple times repeating this process.
