After unlocking a technology on the mechanics workbench and exiting the workbench's interface, I tried to access the technology screen via the tablet, but the screen was completely blank, only the tech tree tab was visible. The other tabs (inventory, projects, map, etc.) were normal. Then, I tried to access the mechanics workbench again, but the mechanics tech tree had also disappeared from the workbench. The situation only resolved itself after I accessed the workbench of another tech tree (in my case, the electrical workbench, which was right next to it) inside the workshop. Note: The technology I had just unlocked was the grinder/shredder 3, but I unlocked it while the grinder/shredder tool itself was being repaired on the repair bench, so perhaps this combination of specific circumstances caused a bug.
