First things first, I love Occupy Mars. Secondly, I have a suggestion concerning methane: If you can refuel your jetpack using the vertical tank full of methane, AND you're able to refill H2O and O2 bottles from the vertical tanks, why not add a CH4 methane bottle similar to a CO2 bottle into the 3D printer? That way, when making rubber for example, you can provide CH4 by making the bottles, and then filling them at your vertical methane tank, and then inserting them into the 3D printer.
