I've had this happen with both the mars truck and the rover. While driving up a hill, the vehicle suddenly looses the ability to continue moving forward and rolls backwards. After that, no matter what you do you can't get the vehicle to move at much more than 1 speed unit. sometimes, the vehicle will only go in reverse no matter if you're pressing "w" or "s". Doing a reset of the vehicle with "r" has no affect. So at this point, I have 2 useless vehicles out in the wilds that can't get enough movement power to even climb a small dune. Both vehicles are near 100% battery and at 100% health.
