Suggestions for future development paths for Occupy Mars.
(1) Terrain editing mode.
New system to enable tools for modifying the terrain of Mars (excavation, leveling, elevation), including organically.
(2) Underground mining.
New system derived from terrain editing (excavation of holes and tunnels for underground mining, mine creation, new mining technology tree, new vehicles, new mineral resources and material processing, and expanding the potential of mining machines).
(3) Verticalized bases.
System that allows the construction of bases with multiple floors, expanding the vertical capacity for base construction.
(4) Enhanced construction system.
Enable building at various angles (15°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 75°), or even with organic positioning (allowing the player to choose how they want to build by activating or deactivating this on the tablet), not being limited to the 90° alignment as it is currently.
(5) VR compatibility as an optional DLC purchase.
Perhaps not for the present, but for a few years from now, native VR support could be a differentiator in the gameplay experience, and could be implemented as an optional DLC. additional cost, where the player would have to buy the part.
