I think the 1.12 patch broke the ability to repair circuit boards using the workbench. The red dots no longer turn green when hovering using the soldering iron or hot air tool. I destroyed and built a new workbench, but it didn't help. I saved and reloaded, but it didn't help. I started over with a brand new file, and it didn't help.
