I go with the rover to a rock, get out and use the hand scanner and jackhammer to get points to upgrade skills. after all the rocks have been broken down i use the rover arm to grab them and put them in the tipper. After picking up a few rocks with the rover arm there is a bug where i can no longer pick up any rocks because the hook does not fully close. This happens all the time i start to pick up rocks with the rover arm. I try to save game and load afterward and even restarting game but what happens when it loads is that ALL rocks have disapeared.
