It is possible, to use tablets multiple times, to learn the same recipe. That is, if you are not really careful, a complete waste of tablets. I accidentially learned tha small battery twice, instead of using it for the workbench or something else. Recipes, that already have been unlocked, shouldn't be availible to be learned again.
