In the large shredder, the list of materials and ores needed to print each item is disappearing quite frequently. Whenever this happens, it's necessary to reload the last save file for it to return to normal. This has also been happening with other printers in the game. I encountered this problem in story mode, but it's possible it's also affecting sandbox and multiplayer modes.
