Since the Arktur Capsule cannot be dismantled, there should be a way to incorperate it into the base. In other words, we should be able to connect a piece (Early Game) that would allow us to connect it to an airlock and thus the rest of the base. Rather than just having it sit outside never to be used. If I were stranded I would dismantle the capsule if it could not be made flight ready (good end game possibility). Dismantling the capsule would give us our first CO2 scrubber and fabricator. BUT, if we could attach it to our base, it could provide a very slow co2 scrubbing for the one workshop; along with allowing us to move back and forth between the capsule and the workshop when it's too cold to work outside.
