Not sure if this is a gameplay issue or a bug issue. I was just looking at the readings on the wells and comparing it to the freestanding tanks. The pump station shows that the maximum capacity of the freestanding tanks is 10000. They are full, but when I look at the wells, they seem to indicate that they are still loading the tanks, but the tanks are full. The well storage remains at 0. It looks like they're not accurately showing the data of what's actually happening.
