First, I must applaud your design and overall workability of this survival simulation. However, at least for me, playing it has proven to be unreasonably difficult, primarily because, in my opinion, the required self-education and shortage of sufficient food supplies combine to make success for the "colonist" to be extremely difficult. I have attempted the "Campaign" version and the "Colonist" level of the "sandbox" version. Both of which I failed because I could never find sufficient food to allow me to even come close to starting the hydroponics development. So, I am about to give it a third try using the "Tourist" level of the "sandbox" version. I very much want to enjoy the game, and all of what it contains is very interesting to me, but it is currently very stressful. I think you may want to adjust a few parameters if you wish to have a larger following, such as the character dying very quickly after food runs out, tornado and electrical storms and dust devils that last almost all one of the days (at the "Colonist" level of "sandbox"), and more stashes of MRE's to be found, if no more can be included with the "colonist". Also, the "supply drops" are very far away, and the solar output of the starter collectors is only 5kw, which means a forest of them is required for a single workshop, well, vehicle.
