There seems to be an issue with the map marker edit interface keeping control of the UI interface even when it isn't visible. Stops interactions with Inventory, Sleep, Tech Tree, Science Benches, etc. Reason to suspect it is the map marker interface is that it will show the tracker interface with random clicks and mouse moving.
