During the second phase of the escape from the base; you can inexplicably die just after crouching to go through the blown out door. I have died numerous occasions when moving up the hallway after that door. Then when selecting try again you go into a continuous death loop. Only way out is to load the game and do the entire escape scenario again....as frustrating as that is. P.S. Please add a way to skip the entire introduction and go straight to the escape pod. There are only so many time you can do that prescriptive content without it getting very old.
